SAFE SEX & CONDOMS

What kind of sex you indulge is a personal issue but  Everyone would like  to avoid passing on HIV and some sex acts definitely carry a high risk of passing on HIV. With other sex acts, it's not so clear.

The basic rule for having safer sex is that you don't want your blood, semen, pre-cum or vaginal fluid to get into your partner's body and you don't want any of his or her fluids to get into you.

There are several choices that can be made. A person may choose to not have sex at all, or they may choose not to have any penetration and find satisfaction in other activities. If a person chooses to have penetrative sex, a latex condom with water based lubricant or female condom used correctly will reduce the risk. This is called "safer sex"; it means that the risk is reduced but not completely eliminated. Because a person with HIV does not look any different, and may not know that they have the virus, it is VERY important that "safer sex" be followed consistently and accurately each and every time a person has sex.

Listed in this section are issues pertaining around Female condom and how it can be used either by Male or Female for protection and pleasure, as it is very important to make condom a part of sexual lifestyle just not for safety but also as a sexual accessory

Statistics on usage and issues for counseling for safer sex, of course FAQ, as sex always raises so many questions, we have specially designed an animated Male and female condom wearing procedure  and to add spice to your learning a quiz which we are sure you will enjoy playing and of course by doing so you are learning so be safe.

Knowing how to prevent the transmission of HIV is only the first step. Making the choices and sticking with them can be difficult. It is not easy but it is important and may save your life.
